About Us

Earthworks Equipment Corporation is an equipment dealership carrying the industry leading lines of Bobcat, Kubota, and Develon. Located in a new and modern 30,000 square foot facility with a state of the art service shop in the north end of Saskatoon, the company currently employs over 50 people.

Job Summary

We are searching for two Journeyman Technicians to provide professional quality results in our rapidly growing Service department. The successful applicant will earn a guaranteed hourly wage. A comprehensive company benefits plan including boot and tool allowances and a Group RRSP plan will also be provided. All people with relevant farm, automotive, or construction repair experience and formal apprenticeship training are being considered at this time.

Job Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service

Promote the Rental, Sales, and Service departments and support them in an upbeat and positive manner

Prioritize tasks and delegate when required

Understand and execute corporate goals and direction

Be willing to go the extra mile for our customers

What We're Looking For

Journeyman Automotive, Heavy Duty and Ag Technicians

Relevant experience in a similar environment

Knowledge of the construction and/or agricultural industries

Basic understanding of principles relative to a dealership environment

Flexible, organized, and team-driven with excellent interpersonal communication skills

Professionalism with a commitment to high ethical standards in pursuit of excellence

Clean, valid driver license

Professional appearance with a friendly, cooperative attitude
