Earthworks Equipment Corporation is an equipment dealership carrying the leading lines of Bobcat, Kubota and Doosan focused on the construction, industrial and agricultural machinery markets.

We currently have an opening for dealership SERVICE MANAGER.
We have a state of the art 30,000 square foot facility in the North end of Saskatoon.
The successful applicant will be offered an industry leading guaranteed salary based on experience.

Our successful Applicant will:

  • Develop and maintain effective Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction while promoting a “customer first” attitude
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the company and our customers
  • Make sure customer issues or complaints are dealt with in a timely, fair and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed annual Service Department goals and budgets
  • Coordinating work flow through the shop and on the road; ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time
  • Managing work orders, warranty and OEM product improvements. Confirming they are closed, submitted and proper payments are accounted for in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment for employees including coordinating training and ensuring employee satisfaction
  • Provide consistently positive customer experiences

We’ll give preference to individuals with:

  • A university degree or similar education in a related field or a minimum of five years’ experience in Service Department Operations
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of the construction and/or agricultural industries
  • Exceptional customer focus and relationship building
  • Consistent coaching and employee development practices
  • Thorough understanding of accounting and financial principles relative to Service Department operations
  • Ability to promote the Service Department in an upbeat and positive manner
  • Flexible, organized and team-driven with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when required
  • Professionalism with a commitment to high ethical standards in pursuit of excellence
  • Ability to understand and execute corporate goals and direction
